The Rubs
There are three different ways you can choose to rub your meat. The Old Fashioned Way is a more traditional style rub that is good on pork and ribs. The Sweet and Sassy Way starts off a little sweeter, but then a couple of seconds later you should feel a little tingle on your tongue but nothing too spicy to where you have to drown your tongue in milk. I like this one on chicken, wings, and seafood. Finally, our Cowboy Way is a Texas-style rub that is a salt, pepper, and garlic base to give it a more savory flavor, which makes it best for steaks and burgers. Now were not gonna tell you how to rub your meat or your eggplant because all of our rubs our pretty versatile.
